"Two of Tasmania's covid cases are no longer being treated in an ICU. 24 people are being treated in hospital with covid across the state - 11 in the North, 7 in the South and 6 in the North West. 12 of those are being treated specifically for their covid symptoms.
So, recap: no one is in ICU. Of the 24 patients WITH covid who are in hospital, only 12 (50%) of them are actually there because of covid. The other 12 are there for other reasons, and most probably tested positive at the door as they went in, not even feeling sick nor knowing they 'have covid'..
